I'm a fully accredited counsellor for individuals and couples, supervisor and group therapist. I'm non-judgemental, empathetic and approachable. I don't have an ideal client, we are all special and unique. I work with people from all walks of life, regardless of sexuality, sexual orientation, gender, culture, race, age or religion. We will look at what you would like to achieve and working towards improving it together. I am here to help to make your life better, you chose what to work on and we work together to get you there.
My 'integrative' approach means I'm trained in all major therapies and blend them to best suit your individual needs. l am trained in couples counselling and worked at Relate. I am a volunteer and supervisor with Cruse, I am a group therapist and trained as psychosexual informed therapist. I work with all major issues depression, trauma, anxiety, stress.
