I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor. I can help with a variety of issues such as: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Low self-confidence/Self-esteem, Relationships issues, Loss/Bereavement, Anger, Abuse, Addiction and more. I work with adults, young adults and couples. I offer short term and long term therapy.
