Hi there, thanks for stopping by. I'm an experienced Counsellor and Supervisor working with clients of all ages - Adults, Children and Adolescents, providing the space you need, your way. I'm a trained Bereavement Counsellor, School Counsellor and Addictions Practitioner. I have extensive experience of working with common and complex mental health issues, trauma, suicide, complex loss, transitions, anxiety, depression, addictions, problems at school or work, family matters, cultural and disability diversity, ADHD and ASD. My own lived experiences mean I can relate to issues people bring to therapy with.
