The journey to change and healing is unique to each person. I offer space for verbal dialogue, somatic practices and creativity to respond to your needs and preferred ways of being in therapy.
I will meet and listen to you just as you are; therapy sessions are a safe space to process themes like family wounds, overwhelming feelings, such as shame, anxiety and sadness, relational difficulties and stuckness or ambivalence in a way that feels meaningful. Together, we will explore how your life experiences, personal movement, thoughts, feelings and beliefs relate to each other, supporting greater self-understanding, growth and healing
I have found, through both personal and professional experience, that a trusting therapeutic relationship and a space where movement, imagery, stillness, dialogue and stories emerge are deeply transformative. These are the vital ingredients which enable a person to understand the depths of their experience & patterns and to move towards growth and healing.
You are welcome to contact me to arrange an introductory session (£55) to meet each other and discuss how we can work together.
