Life can surprise and challenge us in many ways. Having a safe space and the support of a therapist can help you explore and 'make sense' of what's troubling you, build new perspectives and move forward in life in healthier ways.

In addition to therapy for common mental health issues and life events (stress, anger, worry, low mood, bereavement, traumas/PTSD), I offer specialist therapy for OCD. I'm able to offer support for sexual function problems, issues around gender and sexuality, sex addictions & compulsions, infidelity, poly relationships or kink, fetish and BDSM lifestyles.

If you feel affected by any of these or feel that you have no one to talk about these issues or interests, therapy can offer you a safe space to do so. I offer a sex positive, kink-aware and GSRD-informed therapy environment where everyone is welcome. I'm not perfect but I offer my respect, openness and honesty to help you navigate through life's challenges.
