As a person-centred counsellor I walk with you as you choose the direction and pace of your sessions. I listen empathetically and without judgement, allowing a deeper exploration of why you act, think, or feel as you do. You can then make changes that lead to a happier, more fulfilled life.
In my therapy room, I offer a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself – unfiltered and able to take off the mask you may show to the world. I will also be my genuine self, and see our time together as a partnership with each of us bringing something unique to the relationship.
Reaching out to a counsellor may stir a range of emotions within you, and depending on your experience of therapy you may also have a range of questions you would like answered before committing to the process. This is why I offer a free 'getting to know you' call before an initial session.
