I am a qualified person-centred therapist. I work with individuals who are straight, gay, queer, bi, asexual, questioning and all genders including cis, trans, intersex, non-binary, genderqueer and gender questioning people. I am sex-positive and kink friendly. I have experience of a wide variety of different issues such as; anxiety, Neurodiversity, low mood, end of life, chronic illness, disability, parenting, break up, trauma, sexual abuse, addictions, low self esteem and relationship issues. The people I have helped have had feelings that range from mild upset or worry, through intense levels of distress and despair.
Working in a person-centred way, I will offer you empathy, acceptance and warmth as you explore what has brought you to counselling. I am interested in your thoughts and feelings and I want to understand your world and how things are for you. Working together we will explore your world and it is possible you will gain greater self-awareness and understanding
