I can assist you in gaining insight & understanding into your history to help you make clearer decisions about your future. As we work together to understand the way you are, the easier it will be for you to make decisions to make your life, career and relationships happier, more balanced and more empowered. In therapy you will have a unique chance to be authentic without self-censorship or consideration of others; where the focus is solely on you. As there are so few chances to encounter this kind of interaction, this acts as a powerful catalyst for change and transformation.
Psychotherapeutic counselling works holistically, addressing both the root of the problem and its symptoms. The effects are long-lasting because while we are working through your issues, you will also develop tools to help you deal with unknown future events.
In addition to being a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I am also a Shamanic Reiki Master. Although I don't provide Reiki within my counselling sessions, I do sometimes draw upon certain aspects of energy work, meditation and mindfulness when appropriate. This can be particularly helpful with anxiety and stress.
