About
I offer to meet you where and how you are in your life right now. I accept you as you are and regard your feelings as authentic. During our therapy session, there is time and a safe and confidential space for you to explore your emotions. Through our therapeutic relationship, I will try my best to help you ground yourself to gain a better understanding of your struggles and what tools are there to help you. I believe that each person is different, so I don’t judge you or your feelings and I do not use labels or put expectations on you.
Instead, I carefully listen to your experiences and empower you to find your inner resources and discover parts of yourself that might have been hidden. Through our time together I welcome you with openness, empathise with your emotions, share my understanding and offer therapeutic tools.
I am active in the therapeutic process, which means that I won’t tell you what to do, instead my aim is to help you reconnect with yourself to discover your own answers to your questions. It is a collaboration in which we work together for you to gain more insight of who you are and how you can develop coping strategies.
