I work holistically and although my defining model is Person Centred Therapy I feel that it is the uniqueness of the client and their issues that determines how therapy develops. I have experience with working with children in a school and therapy room setting, young people and with adults. The focus when choosing a therapist is initially whether the trusting relationship between client and counsellor is possible, therefore I offer a free initial introductory session to see if I am the right counsellor for you. I am a mum of two grown up children and have lived experiences including divorce and health issues to name a few.
