My approach is person-centred and pluralistic. I draw on CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic work, using whatever best fits what you're bringing. I guide the process. We move at a pace that works for you, but I'll know when to push gently and when something needs closer attention.
I didn't come to this work as someone who had it all figured out. I came because I've lived through the messy, complicated parts of being human. I've experienced love and heartache, grief and remorse, pleasure and body shame.
