My approach is Person-Centred and Pluralistic. I am comfortable discussing sensitive subjects explicitly. I specialise in working therapeutically with eating disorders, baby loss, miscarriage, infertility and rainbow babies. I work with couples and individuals. I offer my clients a bespoke therapy experience.
I draw on my lived experience as a human being to connect and empathise with my clients. I combine my personal knowledge with years of academic training and hands on experience in the therapy room to best meet my client's individual needs.
