Hi I'm Christine and as an integrative therapist I offer clients a safe supportive space to work through any issues that have been troubling them. I specialise in pregnancy and infant loss, as well as working with those caring for ill children. I also have experience working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress or a general feeling of being "stuck"
I use different counselling technique based on each client's individual preference. My approach is generally quite direct and I try to challenge clients core beliefs, alongside helping identify any changes they wish to make. I have found this approach effective in helping clients to move forward.
