About
Experienced Qualified Counsellor working in a relational, intersubjective approach. I use the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change, covering a wide range of issues and bringing to conscious awareness some of the schemas that impact on our way of being. I believe as humans we have resources and ability to develop healthy relationships and move through the experiences and issues we face as human beings, with the support of another who is supportive and non-judgmental. Thank you for taking the courage, to take the first steps in reaching out for support.
As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I am trained in a variety of approaches, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT. By providing a compassionate, safe, non- judgmental, supportive, therapeutic relationship, I offer conditions to support exploration of personal experiences and expectations.
You may wish to explore feelings, thoughts and behaviours, that lead to certain outcomes. By exploring past experiences and events, conscious awareness to schemas or ways of being, that impact on current experiences and expectations, may support you in flourishing, whilst considering your relationship with yourself and others.
