I am an experienced integrative counsellor who will help you to understand yourself better and enable you to gain the courage and confidence to express your thoughts and feelings clearly. I have expertise in supporting and guiding children and youth with many individual difficulties they may face. I also work closely with trauma. I offer a compassionate and supportive approach, providing guidance, which will enable you to identify and challenge specific beliefs, triggers and patterns of behaviour. I aim to help you heal and grow from within.
