Hello, I’m Fiona. I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, stress, problems at work, ideas of identity, meaning and purpose – among other challenges. I know it can be difficult and frustrating to navigate your way through all the options and therapy jargon out there. So, put simply, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to talk through what's going on for you. We’ll work together to develop clarity, insight and understanding, and build a way forward that takes you in the positive direction you want to go in.
I practice online using an integrative model of counselling, which means that I use a combination of different approaches and therapy styles. In my previous career in publishing, I was also involved with writing and producing a number of books on mental health and wellbeing, including a series of bestselling books with the mental health charity Mind.
