Hello, I’m Fiona, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, trained at the University of Nottingham. I'm BACP registered and I work with adult clients in Beeston, the NG8 area and West Bridgford, Nottingham. At times things can seem too much to handle on your own, like when you’re grieving a loss, feeling alone or rejected. You might be coping with anger, not feeling good enough as you are, tired of decisions made for you, not by you. It may feel hard to trust, after harmful experiences or relationships. You don’t need to go through this on your own.
Talk to me about your struggle and you’ll be heard and understood without judgement. Therapy with me can help you accept yourself more fully, see things differently, then begin to trust your inner wisdom.
