Hello, I’m Fiona, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, I'm BACP accredited in recognition of my experience and the quality of my work. I work with adult clients in Beeston, the NG8 area and West Bridgford, Nottingham. I’m here to help you make sense of what’s troubling you. Whatever you’re struggling with, you don’t need to go through it on your own and you don’t need to wait until you reach the top of a waiting list. The person-centred approach I offer is a gentle, proven and effective form of psychotherapy which is not widely available through the NHS. It can make a long-term difference to your life.

You’ll find me attentive, empathic, accepting and genuine as we work through your problems together. Empowered by new empathy for yourself and self-belief you can uncover your own unique path through the pain, the anxiety, depression or trauma, finding a way forward that feels good to you.
