I am always fascinated in learning how our family histories, migration and trans-generational traumas influence our life choices both personally and professionally. I have extensive experience in the NHS in a Tertiary Specialist Psychotherapy service.
We can think together how therapy might be helpful to you so that your life can become meaningful again and you can enjoy relationships with a sense of belonging. My international online psychotherapy practice means that there is no need to travel to appointments, you can meet from the comfort of your home or other private space.

Monday evening online group 7pm to 8.30pm
This is a slow-open analytic psychotherapy group founded in October 2021 - please look at my website for further details: www.fionaparkertherapy.co.uk. In brief, the group offers a special space to meet with each other, to share and explore together. As the group is online via zoom you may meet people from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. Each group member has their own individual journey within the group alongside experiencing the life journey of the group. Group membership is £100 per calendar month.
