About

I am very interested to hear your story, to know what has happened to you and to focus on your recovery and well-being. Nothing is ever inconsequential, even the slightest concern is important, as are you. I am confident that in working together therapeutically with you, you can make the necessary changes in your life so that intimacy, trust, creativity and contentment come alive. I am always fascinated in learning how our family histories, migration and trans-generational traumas influence our life choices both personally and professionally. I have extensive experience in the NHS in a Tertiary Specialist Psychotherapy service.
I co-create a personalised treatment plan with you. brief intervention, short-term or longer-term psychotherapy so that you can live your life in meaningful and creative ways, enjoying relationships with a sense of belongoffer international online psychotherapy, no need to travel to appointments, meet from the comfort of your home or other private space.

Slow-open Group Analytic Psychotherapy group

A long-term group meeting weekly online with a maximum of 7 members plus myself as the "Group Conductor". Group members meet initially as strangers but over time get to know each other intimately. Maintaining boundaries of confidentiality is of prime importance and group members may not meet each other outside of the group. Membership is for a minimum of 1 year with an opportunity to develop self-confidence and more able be at ease in the company of others and loved ones.
