I'm a HCPC registered clinical psychologist, accredited EMDR practitioner and am Level 1 IFS (Internal Family Systems) trained. My career spans over 2 decades in both the NHS and independent sector. My main focus is on helping people heal from childhood trauma and become their best selves. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, who have often experienced more than their fair share of these. Although my main modalities are EMDR and IFS, my broad training enables me to work flexibly by drawing upon the best psychological theory and models for your circumstances and personality.
