I also work with the complexity of feelings associated with grief, pre-bereavement, end of life, and life-limiting health conditions.
Having encountered and overcome my own personal and health challenges, I have lived experience of how counselling offers the time and space to explore feelings and emotions, to better understand oneself, and to develop self-awareness and resilience.
