Hello, a warm welcome. I am a Humanistic therapist, I help individuals with various difficulties such as: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma (PTSD), Work related Stress, Infertility problems Neurodiversity, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Low self esteem and low confidence, Grief and other loss, Relational difficulties- Issues such as Divorce, affairs and communication difficulties, Abuse- emotional, physical and sexual. Suicide and self harm.
I work in a Person Centred approach. Therapy can have many meanings and direction but we will work in the initial sessions to understand what it is you would like to achieve. therapy can be understanding how past experiences shaped who you are in the present, to connect with your own values, and aspirations. I offer an empathic, non judgemental space for you
I welcome all of your questions and enquires, so if you are unsure about me and how I work, it may be useful to meet for an initial intro session, which allows us to familiarise, further to this there is no obligation to continue therapy. The initial session also enables me to understand if I can be of help to you.
