I am a trauma-informed, psychotherapist working with adults online & in person in North East England. I offer short or longer term therapy packages that suit you. I also offer clinical supervision & work based wellbeing workshops I can support you with new insights in your relationships, maladaptive behaviours, early lived experience. I can support you during life transitions such as menopause, separation, bereavement? I have over a decade of experience working with adults, alongside specialist trauma informed therapy with adopted children, young people and families.
I am a qualified trauma informed Art Psychotherapy, EMDR, guided drawing for trauma and CATT. Improves self esteem, reduces anxiety, depression. Support life transitions, and self-development.
I can support you to express your thoughts and feelings, gaining new insights via talking and art making, focusing more on talking in therapy if you prefer.
