I guess you have e found yourself here because you are not happy with life as it is right now. I have been there! You will find me to be empathetic, down to earth and relatable. Having had counselling myself, I am well aware of just how daunting it can be to talk to someone for, what might be, the first time. I am here to listen and see if we can work together to find a way to help you overcome your current difficulties. I have been working as a counsellor since 2000 and have worked with clients in various settings.
I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I have background in working with addictions and also within the NHS were most of my work was around anxiety, depression or bereavement. I also have a keen interest in working with menopause.
