As a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with 4 years experience my clinical work has taken place in settings locally to Plymouth and North of the border.
In working with past traumatic events, that can compound any current stress you are experiencing - we can work together at a pace that suits your needs.
Getting to a point where you can put your finger on why you feel depressed or anxious will provide you with a key to making shifts in your thinking and beliefs you may hold.
