This will allow us to understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours and where they come from. It will give you the space to process those emotions and enable the development of healthier coping skills. It will help you feel better, make better choices, improve your self-awareness and your relationships.
Through active and non-judgemental listening, I provide a safe environment where you can openly express your distress and conflicts.
