I am committed to fostering a safe, confidential, and supportive space where clients can freely express their concerns without fear of judgment and feel genuinely heard and valued. I am a registered trainee counsellor and psychotherapist with UKCP. I also belong to these professional bodies UKATA, EATA and ITAA and abide by their code of ethics.
Types of issues I can help with include emotional difficulties, relationship issues, self-esteem and self-confidence, trauma and abuse, life transitions, family issues, identity and gender concerns, coping with illness or chronic conditions, bereavement and grief, stress management, work-related challenges, support with managing loneliness and isolation.
I offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation to help you get a feel for our dynamic and to discuss your goals and aspirations. This session is an opportunity for us to see how we can work together effectively and tailor our approach to achieve the changes you seek in your life.
