I am an accredited CBT Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist and have over a decades experience working in secondary care NHS services specialising in Adults of working age, Children and Adolescence and clients with Psychosis and Bipolar Disorder.
I have extensive experience of working with Adults who have experienced trauma, and always work very hard to create a safe and nurturing environment for clients.
I am trained at delivering high intensity CBT for clients with a range of difficulties from Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Psychosis.
My goal is always to understand individuals perspectives and work together to identify and achieve treatment goals.
Together we will help you to gain control of your difficulties and feel empowered and equipped to make and maintain positive changes.
I can adapt treatment models to work with children and young people, as well as those with Neurodiversity.
Therapy can be a really challenging thing to do for lots of people and takes allot of courage.
I feel very grateful and humbled to be able to work with people, and am consistently inspired by my clients and the strength and resilience they show both in their historical experiences and throughout their treatment journey.
