I work with clients who may be struggling with the heavy weight of anxiety, the isolating grief of infertility and baby loss or the quiet exhaustion of navigating life as a person with neurodivergence, or are you a parent/carer helplessly trying to offer support. I will provide a safe, non judgmental space where the mask can finally come off, allowing you to explore these thoughts and feelings with a therapist who truly gets it.
My approach is shaped by my own life journey and a career spent in the education system. As a former Curriculum support worker, I spent years helping young adults with diverse needs navigating a system that often overlooked their unique brilliance. We will work towards peeling back the layers and move toward genuine self acceptance.
I will provide you with a space where your story is truly honoured, your challenges are validated and your growth is supported by someone who understands the complexities of the human experience. You don't have to navigate these transitions alone.
