Hi, I’m Ferne, a BACP and NCPS Accredited integrative Psychotherapist. I work with individuals to help them explore their feelings, overcome challenges, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach combines a range of therapeutic techniques, allowing us to tailor the process to what works best for you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or something else, I’m here to listen and support you in a safe, non-judgmental space.
I am also a Trainee Clinical Supervisor offering free supervision sessions for newly qualified therapists/counsellors whilst I am in training.
I have been working with adults and young people for five years, helping them navigate the impact of past attachments, experiences, and trauma. I help people to understand how the past shapes the present and find closure where needed. However, therapy doesn’t have to focus on the past, I also work in a solution-focused way, setting goals to make progress.
I understand how difficult it is to reach out and be vulnerable, especially with a stranger. Which is why one of my main focuses is to build and maintain a great therapeutic relationship with my clients. I know the importance of them feeling safe and comfortable around me to be able to do the work.
