As a psychotherapist, I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, chronic depression and complex trauma during their lives. The past has a way of impacting our present and affecting our relationship to ourselves and others. For some people this can manifest in severe anxiety and depression, for others they may struggle with feelings of emptiness, disconnect or fear that those around them will leave or reject them. This can be a very painful experience but it doesn't have to be your future. Together we can work towards processing your experiences so that you can start living a full, happy life.
I believe that therapy is an incredibly personal journey and we can create a tailored approach based on your needs and what you want to work on. I work with you to address any issues that you feel are impacting your quality of life and wellbeing as they arise, and together we can work towards creating lasting change and growth.
It can feel scary knowing where to start with therapy. I offer free 30 minute video consultations where we can think about what it is you would like to work on in therapy.
