As a psychotherapist, I specialise in supporting individuals who have experienced childhood trauma and/or have a diagnosis of BPD. I work with people who experience overwhelming triggers that disrupt their present relationships and sabotage their daily lives. My aim is to support you to unpack and understand your experiences, learn useful and research-backed tools, and work towards reclaiming a sense of wellbeing, confidence and safety in your life. The goal is for you to leave therapy with the power to foster authentic connections, trust yourself again and finally feel safe in your world.
I am a passionate believer in inclusion, diversity, and understanding for all. I will always provide a space that is safe to explore your experiences, beliefs, identity and relationships at your pace and in your time. You are valid and you do not have to justify your existence. Bring the messy bits, you are not too much. Lets talk.
It can feel scary knowing where to start with therapy. I offer free 30 minute video consultations where we can think about what it is you would like to work on in therapy.
