Hello, I’m Ferhan Sterk, a UKCP-Registered Systemic and Family Psychotherapist.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked within a range of settings supporting children, young people, and families — including social services, community services, and specialist mental health teams. My experience includes working with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, identity issues, and the impact of intergenerational experiences.

I also use creative and expressive techniques, such as art and action-based methods, to help clients connect with their emotions and discover new perspectives.
