Are you experiencing a feeling of being stuck or lost in a moment, exhaustion from felt pressures or maybe struggling with feelings that can, are, or have become Overwhelming for you ? It may feel difficult to express or share these feelings with those around us. Not wanting to feel misunderstood, negatively Judged or a burden on others. At present I work with Elleanor Hospice and as a primary age school counselor.
I am a MBACP Person Centred Counsellor and deeply believe in you having your own answers. I offer a non- judgemental, safe space for you to freely talk and explore through difficult emotions and thoughts. I am also a volunteer Counsellor for Ellenor Hospice a befriender with Age UK and a primary School Counsellor.
I believe we are all unique, have value and have the ability to grow and change at any age. I believe in the importance of the Therapeutic relationship and its effectiveness. I work at your pace.
