Hi , Are you experiencing a feeling of being stuck or lost in a moment, exhaustion from felt pressures or maybe struggling with feelings that can, are, or have become Overwhelming for you ? It may feel difficult to express or share these feelings with those around us.
I provide group work or 1 on 1, in issues such as understanding your anger, grief depression and anxiety.
I am a registered member of the BACP, and with my clients I work intergrativly using models where best suits those I am working with.
I have huge experience in working with Children young people and adults and with a huge variety of issues that they bring.
Bearevmentt, addiction, woman issues, nerodiversity are some areas I work with.
I have been a school counselor for some years now and have been able to help my clients with their trauma , family and social issues, school refuses and those with negative self views and suicidal thoughts. Building trust autonomy and confidence is always my aim.
I enjoy working and have huge respect for all ages and spent many yrs with Ageuk and hospices.
