I offer Integrative Counselling, as well as Clinical Supervision. I have experience of working with a range of individuals and issues.
I think it is really important to understand and acknowledge the complexity of every individual's experience. I endeavour to do this by holding an open mind and creating a safe, boundaried space in which we can work. I incorporate a range of theories and skills in order to best facilitate your individual process and needs. I work in a sex and kink positive way, with all types of relationship styles. Neurodiversity and how that shapes how we experience the world is also a big part of my practice.
My work often highlights the complexity of human relationships and demonstrates how powerful a safe therapeutic space can be in enabling exploration into new ways to relate to yourself and others. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own life and if we work together my role would be to help you trust and tap into that.
Starting this journey can feel daunting, so please ask any questions you may have. I offer a free intial 20 minute session so we can have a chat and get a sense if you would like to work with me. I currently work online with clients throughout the UK, and hope to hear from you soon.
