Life can be challenging, and it’s normal to experience times in which we feel overwhelmed, lost, or unsure of how to move forward.
I believe the therapeutic relationship provides a strong foundation for meaningful growth and change. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and the understanding that each person’s experience is valid and unique. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and confidential environment where we can work together to help you find clarity, healing and emotional well-being. I remain open to working with whatever you may be facing.
I work with adults and young from 11+ both in person and online. I have supported clients with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-harm, suicide, relationship issues, self-esteem, neurodiversity and more. My approach is eclectic which ensures the work we do is the most effective it can be for you as an individual.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but want you to know that I am warm, gentle and easily approachable. It is important to feel safe with someone in order to share difficult feelings and thoughts. I will do everything possible to create a sense of safety within our sessions.
