I am a qualified Counsellor offering sessions (currently via Zoom video link or phone) from Levenshulme, Manchester, Life is not always easy. Often it can feel just the opposite. I offer a warm space in which you can tell your story and feel heard, and together we can work to make sense of it. I am compassionate, non-judgmental counsellor/psychotherapist and trauma therapist. I am fully qualified, experienced and professionally accredited. I am currently focusing on providing EMDR, an effective trauma therapy which can provide immense relief from unwanted images, feelings and thoughts associated with traumatic experiences. My fees are £50-£60 per 50 minute session. In response to COVID-19 I have funding to offer a limited number of free sessions to keyworkers (e.g. medics, professional carers, support workers or others providing 'frontline' services). These lower-cost sessions are provided on a time-limited basis.
