Announcement icon Home visits - I am double vaccinated against Covid-19. I will anti-bac before entering your home and wear a mask should you want me to.
Hello, I am an integrative counsellor and offer a safe space in which you can confidentially unpick whatever has brought you to therapy. I have worked in care and addiction, and I have spent much time with many of society's marginalised groups. I believe in inclusion and equality, whilst recognising our differences. We all need to feel accepted, safe, seen and heard. I offer a free short phone call/Zoom call as a consultation and to book sessions. I also offer help with de-cluttering, life laundry, if you are struggling with hoarding/letting go of possessions. This may be end of life clearing - I am here to support and help you.
In counselling I work in a compassionate person-centred way but I will draw from several different modes of therapy as we talk and explore your world together to solve your puzzles. The sessions are 50 minutes long online/home visits/walk and talk With de-cluttering, or end of life clearing, we can work together for between 1 - 3 hours, whatever suits you.
It is really courageous to reach out and ask for help, well done for doing so, you have taken that first difficult step. Being truly seen and/or heard is so vitally important in life, and will be at the heart of our therapeutic relationship - I am here to listen to you and hopefully help you find the answers. Hopefully the stress you feel will ease in time
