Our work together may allow you to develop more awareness of yourself, your patterns and your story so far, ultimately allowing you more freedom in your ability to choose. My aim is to help you to lead a more fulfilling life.
I will also be curious about your social, economic and cultural situation, as I am mindful of the stresses and challenges of living in the modern world.
I work with adults, aged over 18 and I work both face to face and online.
I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a member of BACP. I am influenced by ideas from humanistic/existential thinking, as well as working at a deeper level, with 'soul'.
My background includes working with a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, and I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experience at your own pace.
