I hold a Master’s in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths, University of London. Before this, I spent 10 years as a social worker in an NHS setting, including training in South Africa. As part of my training as a psychotherapist, I've worked with two homeless charities, supporting individuals facing mental health challenges such as trauma, depression, and substance use. I also have experience working in a secondary school supporting adolescents with various difficulties.
I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, with experience in anxiety, stress, self esteem, relationships, grief, and loss. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help clients explore unconscious patterns and past experiences to foster self- awareness and lasting change.
My practice offers a confidential, kind, and safe environment where you can speak openly and honestly, helping to get to the root of the problems you may be struggling with. My goal is to help you gain insight and awareness about yourself, your relationships with others, and, overall, to help you cultivate purpose, well-being, and a better quality of life.
