I provide individual therapy with experience in helping adolescents and adults deal with the challenges of modern life including: anxiety, stress, self esteem, relationship difficulties and grief. I have gained a rich and varied experience helping adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds through my ten years of experience working as a social worker in the NHS and training in Cape Town, South Africa. I have specialised and completed a Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University of London working with adolescents and adults.
As a psychotherapist, I have worked with two homeless charities and have specialist experience working with individuals who suffer from severe mental health difficulties including PTSD, childhood trauma, depression, and drug and alcohol difficulties.
My practice offers a kind, caring and safe environment where you can speak openly and honestly to help get to the root of the problems that you may be struggling with. My goal is to help you gain insight and awareness about yourself, your relationships with others and overall to help you cultivate a healthy sense of purpose, wellbeing and quality of life.
