I can offer you a safe space to be yourself. I’m a Psychotherapeutic counsellor and a registered member of the BACP who has direct experience working with adults suffering with anxiety, depression and more. I am nurturing, warm and compassionate and with an approach free from judgement, I can help you to identify and work through any challenges that you are facing. I work relationally using integrative methods which means counselling is a unique process -depending on what you need. Whether you want to work in the here and now to make changes or delve into the past and explore your story, I offer flexibility in therapy sessions.
I’m warm, caring and approachable and promise to give you a safe space to explore what you need. I’ll walk alongside you on your journey and work with you at your own pace, helping you to identify the changes you wish to make. Whether you are anxious, depressed or bereaved, have suffered from trauma or abuse or you just need someone to hear you...I am here.
Hi there, I know how scary it can be to reach out and ask for help but I promise that having someone beside you, listening to you and allowing you the space to process what you are going through, can be a safe, positive experience. If you want strategies to deal with current challenges or you feel lost and alone and want clarity, I can offer support.
