I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering therapy on a one to one basis. I am a remember of the BACP and a student member of the BPS. I have been working in this field for 7 years, and teaching counselling for 5 years.
I believe the two most important factors are that you feel comfortable with me and that we work safely. This is why I offer a free 30 minute assessment. You can meet me, we assess if I’m right for you and we go from there. I work with a person centred approach, psychodynamic approach, transactional analysis, existentialism and CBT. Teaching helps me by consistently staying up to date on new techniques
I have worked with hoarding, depression, post natal depression, abuse, sexual abuse, crime, stalking, relationship issues, family break downs, loneliness, anxiety and bullying to name just a few.
