I offer open ended counselling and psychotherapy. Working in an integrative relational way, I draw on Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Existential ideas and practice. I have experience working with a wide range of client issues and provide an open, safe and non-judgemental space wherein we can explore your difficulties be they past or present.
Deciding to begin therapy can be unnerving, as such I offer a reduced cost initial session where we will have the opportunity to assess if we might work well together. If we decide to move forward, the relationship that develops between us will be fundamental to our work, so it is important that you choose a therapist you feel is the right fit for you.
