I am fully qualified and experienced in working with adults of all ages and young people from the age of 11, with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low mood, low self-esteem/self-worth, bereavement, loneliness, bullying, stress, relationship problems, abuse and many more. I have a special interest in working with anyone feeling disconnected and struggling to make sense of themselves. People pleasing, feeling guilty over letting others down, putting others before yourself, uncomfortable with change, and issues stemming from childhood.
Reaching out for support isn't something we are always comfortable with, and sharing our feelings with those close to us can be difficult for many reasons.
