All of us can face confusing and difficult times in our lives and feel overwhelmed with feelings such as anxiety, stress and depression. It could be that you can identify specific issues, or maybe you can't and it's more a sense that you feel stuck or have lost your way. ​​I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, safe place for you to be heard, explore your situation and find a new perspective. It may be that you are not finding these conversations easy in your daily life, in your relationships with family and friends. The act of talking and putting things into words can allow space to reflect and discover new ways forward.
I am a BACP Accredited Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I work with adults, young people and children. I have 8 years experience as senior therapist and a designated safeguarding lead for a therapeutic service within a large charity in West Sussex. I now have my own private practice in Lewes, East Sussex. I also offer video and phone counselling.
