Seeking support can be a challenging step to take. I am here to help. As a chartered clinical psychologist registered with the HCPC, I am trained to provide individuals, couples, and groups with evidence-based psychological treatments for a range of difficulties that can affect general well-being and quality of life. You may struggle with low mood and anxiety, and may be affected by issues such as relationship problems, low self-esteem, loss and bereavement, trauma, sexual problems, or substance misuse. It is also common to experience a number of issues at once, making problems seem insurmountable.
We will work in a safe, collaborative, and respectful manner, tailored to your individual needs and goals. My approach is evidence-based, consisting primarily of Schema Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (attachment-based approaches) complimented by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Coaching.
After earning a law degree from the LSE, I chose to become a psychologist because I believe the work we do is in line with my core values of kindness, openness, empathy and self-growth. I am passionate about empowering others to fulfil their potential and have made that my life purpose. I pride myself in helping people who have exhausted other options.
