I provide a space for you to be seen and heard. One where you can explore, be curious, learn more about yourself and importantly, a space for you to just be. Sometimes we all need a warm and safe space to connect with what’s going on, who we are and our hopes and dreams for the future. I hope we can do this together, in a way that feels right to you.
My approach to therapy is culturally-attuned and while I work with all adults, my practice focuses on individuals who are part of the Global Majority (Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, or individuals who have been racialised as “ethnic minorities”).
Whether you've got a question or would like to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, please do get in touch. We can use the time to find out what brings you to therapy and to answer any questions you have. I'll also tell you a little bit about how I work.
