I seek to provide containment for pain and distress that you may be going through so that you feel safe to open up and explore options for your complex life challenges. I'm an experienced, BACP & COSRT-registered relationship/couples counsellor & sex therapist, initially trained as a psychologist in Budapest & having worked in the UK for the past 15 years.
I have 6 years of experience working for Relate as a Family/Couples Counsellor/Psychosexual Therapist. In another role, as a Specialist Clinician with the Fostering & Adoption wing of Cambridgeshire County Council, I offer trauma-informed therapeutic support to foster carers/adoptive parents & provide training and consultation to schools and social workers.
Based in Cambridge, I work with individuals, couples and families, both in person and online. I welcome people from all backgrounds, sexualities and types of relationship or no relationship, for both short-term and long-term counselling and psychotherapy.
