Individual & Couples Counselling & Clinical Supervision. “Life doesn’t get better by chance, it gets better by change”. At times we can all feel anxious or uncertain of our future. Sometimes we need to make changes in order to improve our situation. However, the prospect of change can feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling disconnected, isolated and lonely. Hearing your thoughts out loud, with a professional, can be an opportunity to gain some clarity and begin the process of change. I truly believe that a small change in the way we think can make a big difference to the way we feel.
I am an experienced, resourceful and optimistic counsellor. I work with individuals and couples. Whatever is troubling you, my aim is to help you untangle the knot, decide what changes are possible and clear a path to a more peaceful and fulfilling future. I am also a clinical supervisor.
Choosing a counsellor is a really personal decision and it’s important to find the right one. If you’re unsure about the counselling process or making a commitment, I’d be happy to talk you through it, so please don’t be nervous about getting in touch and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Groups
Supervision Group - online or in person
Group supervision can be a great learning experience and really rewarding, through sharing and receiving feedback. It's important for the group to be professionally facilitated with sensitivity and care, making sure each participant gets space to bring their client work and receive constructive feedback. It can be a cost effective way to maintain your required ratio of client hours : supervision. It's also a great place to build lasting and supportive friendships. Whether it's an online or in person group you're looking for, I'd love to hear from you so please get in touch.
